We have over 20 years of experience

In 1985 the company purchased its own factory where it now houses its electronics design service, pcb assembly and turnkey product manufacture. The company is vertically integrated, thereby doing all work in-house.

 

Many products have been developed for customers from hand held, processor based instruments, breathalyser machines for public and personal use, networked medical gas monitoring stations, commercial smoking meat controllers, remote dial-up data logging equipment for water and sewerage treatment plants, after market automotive test equipment, automotive wastegate controllers, bus ticket machines and bus RF based data retrieval units, grain drying controllers and intrinsically safe portable controllers.

 

We also have our own range products of which some are listed here. Our most recent success is a universal fumigation system for grain silos using phosphine gas. This is now being shipped worldwide.

Prior to the founding of All-Systems Electronics, the engineering directors were involved in a diverse range of product development at the leading edge of technology such as voice frequency modules, echo-cancellors and test equipment for Telstra, timber stress grading machines from sawmills, portable bar-coding data entry for supermarkets and in-house automatic test equipment for factory production.

 

We began designing microprocessor based products when processors were in their infancy.

 

In 1981, All-Systems Electronics was founded and its first product was an automatic controller for inoculating sheep against blowfly attack using a new cypermethrin spray.

 

The company introduced an intelligent remote input/output system which in its various forms has been used for automatic control of power level and frequency band selection on the uplink for satellites, changeable Signalex electromechanical sign boards for railway stations and ferry terminals, moving message LED outdoor signs and gas monitoring systems for coal mines.
